I come from a family background in Real Estate. While attending the University of Washington, I began my real estate career by selling and leasing commercial properties in 1993. I became the youngest Top Producer and Top Sales Associate for Prudential Real Estate in 1994, and continued to achieve the Top Sales and President's Circle Awards in 1995,1996,1997 and 1998. I was the Top Producer for Realty Executives in 2004. Top Executive member 2005 & 2006. I joined RE/MAX in 2007 and have continued to achieve excellence.
I have expertise in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. In the past 16 years, I have had the experience of working with Large Corporations, Government Agencies as well as individual home owners and investors.
Drawing from my experience as a business owner and long time resident, I focus on truly understanding the needs and challenges that my clients face by providing the right solution for them.
Education/Personal
I graduated with 2 Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington in 1993 & 1994. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors and the Commercial Brokers Association.
