I come from a family background in Real Estate. While attending the University of Washington, I began my real estate career by selling and leasing commercial properties in 1993. I continued my career and became the youngest Top Producer and Top Sales Associate for Prudential Real Estate in 1994, and continued to achieve the Top Sales and President's Circle Awards in 1995,1996,1997 and 1998. I was the Top Producer for Realty Executives in 2004. Top Executive member 2005 & 2006.
I have expertise in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. In the past 13 years, I have had the experience of working with Large Corporations and Government Agencies, as well as individual home owners and investors.
Drawing from my experience as a business owner and long time resident, I focus on truly understanding the needs and challenges that my clients face by providing the right solution at the right time for them.
Education/Personal
I graduated with 2 Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in Economics and the other in Political Science from the University of Washington in 1993 & 1994. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors and the Commercial Brokers Association. United States Marine Corps veteran.
