I have provided professional real estate services within the Seattle and Bellevue metropolitan areas since August 1988 including new construction, re-sale, waterfront, acreage and property development in King, Snohomish, Pierce, Mason, Chelan and Douglas Counties. My experience includes numerous residential and commercial real estate sales, consulting and representation assignments, including raw land development through sub-division, property boundary reconfiguration and Tax Parcel Resurrection.
Consulting, acquisition and divesting experience includes completion of assignments involving The King County Library System, Todd Pacific Shipyards, Department of Natural Resources, The Microsoft Corporation, HUD, The US Marshall, Lake Washington School District and Rimby Metals. Local builder experience includes Lancaster Homes, The Murry Franklin Group and The Stephen Burnstead Homes.
